Description of the Texture Parameters



Wave peak
A peak is the apex of a sine wave. It determines the frequency of the wave.

Wave height
A height determines the amplitude of the sine wave.
    Horizontal wave peak / wave height
    Vertical wave peak / wave height
    Diagonal wave peak / wave height
    It is a sine wave Horizontal, Vertical or Diagonal. Allows one to work with horizontal, vertical or diagonal sine waves.
Deformation
Horizontal or Vertical deformation
You can determine the amplitude of various deformations.

Scroll
Horizontal or Vertical scroll
Used to move the texture.

Pinch level
Horizontal or Vertical pinch level
With pinch, the image is seemingly sucked into a pinpoint.



Blobs generator
Used to draw blobs of color.
    Blobs thickness
    Determines the size of the color blobs.
Blobs pitch
Determines the spacing between the color blobs.



Pattern generator
Used to draw various patterns.

Pattern iteration
Enables one to repeat patterns.

Pattern amplitude
Determines the complexity of the pattern.



Stripe generator
Is used to draw multiple stripes.

Stripe iteration
Determines the number of stripes.

Stripe frequency
Determines the repetition of the stripes.

Stripe intensity
Determines the brightness of the stripe color.

Marble
Marble generator is based on a Random Midpoint Displacement Fractal algorithm.
You can experiment various parameter values.

Marble graininess
A small value for graininess makes for a smoother marble.

Marble scale
Determines the scale factor.

Marble turbulence
A small value for turbulence creates more of a spray-marble effect.



Sharpen edge
Sharpens a part of the image, enhances the edges.
Smoothness
This filter blends a number of pixels incrementally, following a bell-shaped curve. The blurring is dense in the center and feathers at the edges.
Smooth
This filter smooths the transitions and decreases the contrast by averaging the pixels next to hard edges. It is used for reduce graininess.



Lens effect
This filter will bulge the center of a part of the image. As if a Fisheye lens was being used.
Circle mosaic
Similar to a standard mosaic, but draws circles instead of squares. Produces a grainy effect.
Spray
Scatters the pixels, as if the image were painted with a spray.



Brightness
Lightens or darkens image.
Brighten
Like Brightness, but with color effect.
Lighten
Lightens or darkens some colors.
Intensity
Internal light intensity, like neon tube.
Mix level
Determines the mixture level between two effects.
Mixed color
Determines the mixture level between two colors.



Colour Rotation
Used to make a strange effect.
