General Tab
The General tab contains the color box, the color panel, the relief parameters and the various modes for the generators. Every buffer can use four colors to draw the texture. This enables you to change these colors by clicking twice on the color box. You can also select the color box and with the pipette, click in the color panel to change the color.

You can adjust the relief effect by dragging the relief setting slider bar. Also, enable you to change the light intensity and the light direction. The angle is measured in degrees (max 360°).

Use the slider mode setting to control the type of gradient that will draw the basic texture. The toolbar button shows the preset gradient that corresponds to the selected mode. The mode 43 is a special mode. If you click on the load gradient from file button , you can specify a name for the image file that will be used to draw the texture. The mode will be set to 43 automatically. You can also select load gradient from image source that will be used to draw the texture. For more infos, you can read this tutorial.

Adjustment Tab
The Adjustment tab contains the controls for the adjustment of the texture parameters. It is divided into two panels. The panel on the left corresponds to the buffer A and that on the right to the buffer B. The texture is built by mixing the buffer A with the buffer B. The contents of the tab depend on the type of texture you choose. This enables you to modify the texture settings. You can use the slider bars to adjust the parameters. See the description of the various parameters for more details.
