Menu -> Effects -> Flare FX

This filter gives the impression that sun hit the objective when
taking a shot. You can locate the reflection at the position of your
choice.

Horizontal and Vertical

You can set the center of the flare by setting a value, in pixels,
of the horizontal and vertical position. The coordinate origin is at
upper left corner.

You can set the size of the effect in percentage.

You can set the length of the effect in percentage.
